Happy Hearts Fund Mission Statement
The Happy Hearts Fund ("HHF") is a charitable campaign started in 2005 by Petra Nemcova after her miraculous survival and recovery from the Tsunami of 2004. Its mission is to aid children in need who have suffered loss or hardship as a result of natural, economic or health related disasters. HHF actively partners with charities, donors and foundations committed to providing immediate, tangible assistance for children, enabling them to live healthy, decent and happier lives – lives filled with hope instead of fear.
Happy Hearts Current Focus:
HHF, in conjunction with Give2Asia, is focused on helping children who survived the Tsunami of 2004 and are now in great need. The scope of HHF's focus is not limited to Southeast Asia, however. HHF investigates other areas of the world where its assistance would greatly benefit children in distress. |
