How can i join the F Club? |

Click on the button "BECOME A MEMBER" on the top left of Fashion TV online (www.ftv.com), or use the button called "JOIN THE F CLUB" beneath F Memberservices.
On the following pages, you have to provide some information about yourself and your credit card number. After registration, you will recieve an E-Mail for confirmation, and by clicking on the hyperlink provided in this E-Mail, your password and login data are sent to you immediatly. Welcome to the worlds most glamorous club! |

How can I cancel my F Club membership? |
|

|
|
| |
Just below the rotating diamond (under Search) you will find the option "Login / Become a member". Please click on the link "Login". You will be directed to the F Club login mask. Please enter your E-mail and your Password and click on "Login".
You are now in "Your account" where you can change your data or cancel your membership. On the right-hand side under "Help" you will find the link "Cancel your membership" which will lead you to a page, where you can terminate your membership. Just click on the big button "Cancel" and confirm. Your membership will be terminated. Your log-in data will be valid until end of your selected membership period. |

How can I login? |

As soon as you are a valid F Club member, you will be able to login at those areas, which are for our F Club members only. You can find the login button at HOME and right beside our exclusive video content for the clubmembers in the areas of "ENTERTAINMENT / VIDEO ON DEMAND"
For Midnight Hot content please click here!
Now choose one of the categories, e.g. "LINGERIE" or "MIDNIGHT HOT"
For Midnight Hot Plus video content just click here!
Now choose on of the categories, e.g. "MIDNIGHT HOT PLUS" or "FASHION4MIDNIGHT"
Type in your E-mail adress and your password, which have been sent to you by E-mail. You are now logged in and gained access to all videos from all our different categories.
Afterwards we recommend you to click "Log Out", located beneath the rotating diamond on the top left.
Please note: You will not be able to login from different computers simultaneously and cookies must be accepted by your browser. |

During the registration process of becoming a F Club member, you will be asked to confirm your E-mail adress. You will receive a confirmation E-mail to the adress you have provided and by clicking on the hyperlink in that E-Mail, you prove this adress valid.
If you do not get an E-mail for confirmation, you probably misstyped your E-mail adress during registration. Please start over again with the registration process.
E.g. your real E-mail adress is: lisa@hotmail.com
If you type in lias@hotmail.com in the registration form, the confirmation E-mail will be sent out to a wrong (or not exisiting) e-mail adress. Therefore you will receive no confirmation E-mail on your correct E-Mail adress.
Please note: in that case, there will be no creditcard transaction and your previously attempt to register will not be stored in our database. |

How can I download the videos? |

Before introducing F Club Membership, it was possible to download all videos for free. This service is now only available for F Club members. You will find the download button aside your chosen video clip, as long as you are logged in as a F Club member. |
